GMP Design Requirements For Glass-Lined Reactors

The design requirements of the GMP standard for glass-lined reactor glass-lined equipment are as follows:

1. The structure is simple, the surface is smooth and easy to clean, the equipment containing the materials should be closed to avoid opening, and the inner wall of the glass-lined reactor that is in direct contact with the materials should be smooth and flat to avoid dead corners, easy to clean and corrosion-resistant. These are the unique characteristics of glass-lined reactor glass-lined equipment.

2. The glass-lined reactor equipment that is in direct contact with the material should be made of materials that do not chemically react with the materials, release particles, and absorb materials. These requirements can be met by glass-lined reactors and glass-lined equipment.

3. The glass-lined reactor equipment has well-sealed transmission parts to prevent the leakage of lubricating oil and coolant from causing pollution to  raw materials, semi-finished products and products.

4. Glass-lined reactor The glass-lined equipment can be cleaned frequently, and the equipment is equipped with related instruments, accurate measurement, stable and reliable temperature adjustment and control.
