Description

Glass lined wiped film evaporator/WFE is a kind of continuously type fully closed process equipment for evaporation concentration, desolvation, stripping, reaction, degassing and deodorization, which is widely used in pharmaceutical, domestic chemical, agrochemical, fine chemical, petrochemical, food industry and waste water processing industry. It is a new type of high efficiency evaporator which can be used for falling film evaporation under vacuum. The excellent corrosion resistance and cleanliness of the glass-lined cylinder is especially suitable for the corrosive medium in the above industries.

Glass lined WFE is a three-section vertical type pressure vessel equipment. Its construction mainly includes a glass-lined separation cylinder with a head, a jacketed glass-lined two-end flange mounted type evaporation cylinder, a jacketed glass-lined flange mounted type bottom cylinder, a glass-lined rotor assembly with PTFE wipers, a double bearing gearmotor support, a PTFE distribution plate, a PTFE or PTFE lined steel fixed plate, motorgear device, mechanical seal, heating/cooling jacket, temperature and pressure measurement device and etc.

Evaporation is considered to be a mild, safe and effective separation method. It can be used to concentrate, purify or separate molecules with poor thermal stability and related organic mixtures and compounds with low volatility, high boiling point and high viscosity. In high vacuum environment, it has the characteristics of low temperature, short material heating time and fast separation speed.
