Unacketed stainless steel reactor

Description

The structure of unjacketed stainless steel reactor mainly includes a top cover with nozzles, a integral closed vessel, a top insert agitator, motor-gear driving device, shaft seal, , bottom flush valve, CIP/SIP device and etc，but no U type or limpet coil type heating/cooling jacket. It’s main fuction is mixing, also named mixing tank.

If the medium in the reactor needs to be heated, a resistance type far-infrared heater special for the reactor can be used to directly heated on the metal bottom & outer wall of reator.

Model/Code/Type 304, 316L, 321 are chromium-nickel alloys that common use stainless steel  for stainless steel reactor.

CAUTION

Stainless steel corrodes rapidly in the presence of chloride ions, even more than ordinary mild steel. Therefore, there are requirements for the use environment of stainless steel, and it needs to be wiped frequently to remove dust and keep it clean and dry.
