K Type Glass Lined Reactor

Description

K type glass lined reactor is a kind of divided structure vertical type agitating pressure vessel, also named "Open type MSGLR" or "Flange type MSGLR" or "Clamped type MSGLR". It is design and manufacture according to the Chinese national standard, and its structure mainly includes a removable glass lined top cover, a glass lined vessel body with U type jacket or external limpet coil jacket, a top insert glass-lined agitator, motor-gear device, shaft seal, flush valve, temperature and pressure measurement device and etc. Heating and/or cooling method is with the jacket through by medium of steam, water or thermal oil.

The nozzles size and numbers canbe design according to the customer’s requirement.

◆Mechanical performance test for steel substrate

◆Anti-corrosion performance test for glass lining/enamel with test bar or block

◆Weld joint inspection with Head: RT-100% and shell: RT-20%

◆Nozzles position and flatness inspection

◆Visual inspection for the lined glass layer after firing

◆Lined glass thickness detection after firing

◆20kV spark test for the lined glass layer after firing

◆Hydraulic test for Jacket and Vessel

◆No-load running rest and working test with water to test the performance of agitating & electric control system

◆10kV spark test and finish inspection for the lined glass layer before delivery
