Half Coil Jacketed Glass Lined Reactor

Description

Half pipe coiled jacket type glass lined reactor has semi-coil/limpet/spiral type jacket that welded on the outside wall of the glass lined reactor body which be use to pass though the cooling/heating medium to control reacting temperature by heating exchange. Different from U type jacket, the flow rate of cooling/heating medium in this type jacket is 2-3 times faster, and no problem such as the heating transfer medium is easy to form disturbance flow, short circuit, nonuniform heat exchange and so on. Also not easy scaling and corrosion by cooling water for the high speed flow through the upper-lower path. But, considering the influence of pipe group, the effect of heat transfer of half pipe-coiled jacket is more remarkable for the liquid heating or cooling medium, the U type jacket is better during use steam heating.

◆Nozzles position and flatness inspection

◆Visual inspection for the lined glass layer after firing

◆Lined glass thickness detection after firing

◆20kV spark test for the lined glass layer after firing

◆Hydraulic test for Jacket and Vessel

◆No-load running rest and working test with water to test the performance of agitating & electric control system

◆10kV spark test and finish inspection for the lined glass layer before delivery
