GMP Compliant Glass Lined Reactor

Description

GMP compliant glass lined reactor has a stainess steel shell in order to meet the requirements of GMP standard clean production and reduce the cross contamination risk. The stainless steel shell has property of easy to clean and surface is not easy to adhere to microorganisms and dust. The outside surface polishing with SST shell will arrange to mirror or matte(Ra customized). Also the outside accessories of GMP compliant glass lined reactor should be change to SST material or medical grade.

Generally, a thermal insulation layer will be added between the stainless steel shell and the reactor jacket/vessel，the insulation material is generally aluminum silicate blanket with asbestos free , and the gap is filled with polyurethane foaming agent.

MAJOR FACTORY INSPECTION

◆Mechanical performance test for steel substrate

◆Tensile strength test for clamps

◆Anti-corrosion performance test for glass lining/enamel with test bar or block

◆Weld joint inspection with Head: RT-100% and shell: RT-20%

◆Nozzles position and flatness inspection

◆Visual inspection for the lined glass layer after firing

◆Lined glass thickness detection after firing

◆20kV spark test for the lined glass layer after firing

◆Hydraulic test for Jacket and Vessel

◆No-load running rest and working test with water to test the performance of agitating & electric control system

◆10kV spark test and finish inspection for the lined glass layer before delivery
