F Type Glass Lined Reactor

Description

F type glass lined reactor has a opening & a cover on the vessel top head for install agitator, the diameter of opening is not more than half of vessel body diameter. It is design and manufacture according to the Chinese national standard and its structure mainly includes a close-welded glass lined vessel body, a top insert glass lined agitator, motor-gear driving device, shaft seal, U type or limpet coil type heating/cooling jacket, bottom flush valve, temperature and pressure measurement device and etc. Heating and/or cooling method is with a u type jacket or outer-side semi-coil/limpet type jacket through by medium of steam, water or thermal oil.

Design and manufacture standard of F type glass lined reactor is according to GB/T150.1~4-2011, TSG21-2016/XG1-2020, GB/T25025-2010, GB/T25026-2017.
